I have an older (Late 70's) steel boat trailer. Has 3 brand new trailer tires (I have the receipt) on it. It has a surge brake system on it. I took off everything to make it into a flat ultilty trailer. I do not have the reg. for it. It has to be reg. as homemade.
Will barter for 308, xxxx, 270 or any other rifles in that size caliber range but the rifles HAS to be new york state legal. After agreeing of the barter, you would need to drop it off to a local gun shop in my area and I will pay for the transfer to me.
